LENTIL NUGGETS
Ingredients:
1/2 kg cooked lentils
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the cheese with the rolled oats. Place the lentils in a food processor, add the salt, garlic, and onion powder, and blend until a paste forms.
Add the oats little by little to the food processor until the mixture forms a ball.
Forming the Nuggets
The dough should be manageable; form into balls and flatten them with the palm of your hand.
Roll each nugget through the cheese on all sides to create a crispy coating.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the nuggets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake until crispy, 15 to 20 minutes.
